A planner that feels like the editor I work in: files, comments, type, colour.

Planning tools often look like notes apps. I wanted something that feels like the editor I actually work in: files, comments, type, color.
03 The decision
VS Code grammar, not a notes app. Rejected a single-column todo list. The file tree is the navigation.
04 The build
A file-tree sidebar, comment threads, font choices, and a palette panel. React UI that borrows the grammar of VS Code without copying the chrome.
